Home Remedies - how to pamper your feet.


Read on to get some great hints and tips and recipes for home treatment of your feet.

If you stand on your feet all day of suffer with tied, sore feet then pamper yourself the following way.
  • Grab either a bucket or a wide bowl and fill it with warm water, put in a 1/2 cup of Epsom Salts and if you have some lavender crush some of this up and add it as well.
  • If you suffer with circulation issues then add a few drops of peppermint oil as it will help with your circulation.
  • Put something relaxing on the stereo or grab a book or magazine and pop your feet into the bucket and relax.
  • Do a few deep breaths as well count in for 8, hold for 8 and out for 8 and watch all your stress and body tiredness just melt away
  • Towel dry your feet, especially between your toes and then apply a good moisturising cream (one with peppermint in it) and massage your own feet, click here to learn how to do this.
  • Pop your feet into clean socks or crawl into bed .
For those that have circulation issues or find it difficult to massage there own feet you could make the following and apply it to your feet instead of the massage. Mix together 1/4 cup honey, few drops of peppermint oil and some sprigs of fresh rosemary and apply it to your feet, they elevate your legs and feet while it absorbs into your feet. Then pop your socks on.
