  • For all types of foot pain, soreness and feelings of inflammation - try a warm foot soak. Fill a container of bucket with warm water, not too hot though as you do not wish to burn your feet and soak your feet in this for half an hour. You can also add 2-3 tablespoons of Epsom salts, which is a great healing agent or as alternative you can also create a natural foot soak

  • Hot and Cold Treatment - If there is an inflammation in the foot then a hot and cold treatment can also help as it kick starts the body's immune system and also helps to remove the inflammation response in the body. Start with warm treatment first as it increases blood flow to the area, then use cold as it will constrict the blood vessels and reduce inflammation. Alternate between the two for several minutes.
