If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please send the shoes back within 10 days in original condition for either a refund or exchange, no questions asked.

For your protection please use a shipping method that has track and trace as Shoe Talk is not responsible for shoes that are lost or damaged when they are being returned. NZ Post have a range of prepaid bags which can then have the track and trace added to.
If you want to exchange your shoes for another style or pair please email me.
Returned shoes are subject to a final inspection before your refund will be processed less shipping costs.
